Spotify Marks Daylist’s Launch With Paint-and-Sip Event

On April 11, 2024, Spotify threw a paint-and-sip event to mark the launch of daylist, its newest playlist designed to tailor the music experience to your moods. With daylist, your playlist changes throughout the day, delivering ideal music for every moment.

In her opening address, Michelle Atagana, Spotify’s Head of Communications and Public Relations for Sub-Saharan Africa, said, “We’re excited to bring daylist to our listeners in Nigeria and across Sub-Saharan Africa. It’s incredible to see the enthusiasm for this feature, with Nigeria already ranking as the second-highest streaming country for daylist, just behind South Africa.”

“We can’t wait for you to lose yourself in the music while you paint, and to see your artistic masterpieces at the end!”

Attendees enjoyed an afternoon of music and art and were treated to a set by DJ Kizzy and a Graffiti booth capturing Instagrammable moments.
