Every year since 2013, February 1 has marked the World Hijab Day, created by Nazma Khan- which basically acknowledging and showing solidarity for the Muslim women who choose to wear the hijab. This year’s World Hijab day is especially relevant, considering the intense amount of hate and Islamophobia currently coming down on Muslims in specific countries.
